Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern bookings and stays at properties operated by GG-180-503 Limited (Company No. 16867898), registered at 1 Lyric Square, London, England, W6 0NB. By confirming a booking with us you accept these terms.

1. Our Services

GG-180-503 Limited provides short-term accommodation in furnished apartments and holiday homes across Europe. We act as the operator of the properties listed on this website and confirm each booking directly with the guest.

2. Bookings, Rates and Payment

All rates are quoted in pounds sterling (£) per night unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once we issue written confirmation and payment of the stated deposit or full amount is received. Rates may vary by season, length of stay and property.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, in which case any payment made is refunded in full within 10 working days. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be charged the first night or, for weekly stays, up to 25% of the booking value.

4. Guest Obligations

Guests agree to treat the property with care, respect neighbour communities, and observe the house rules provided before check-in, including any non-smoking and noise policies. The number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity of the property.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total value of the affected booking. Guests are responsible for their own belongings during the stay.

6. Governing Law
